How to Order Prescription Products
You can place an order for prescription products on DGMedicine and submit your prescription in either of the following ways:
Add Your Prescription in the Order Note
While placing your order, you can mention that you have a prescription and provide the necessary prescription details in the Order Note section, as applicable.
Send Your Prescription by Email
You can also send a clear copy or photograph of your valid prescription to the DGMedicine customer support email address associated with your order.
Please make sure that the prescription is clear and readable so that our team can verify the required information.
Prescription Requirements
Your prescription should be:
- Issued by a qualified/registered medical practitioner.
- Valid and applicable to the medicine being ordered.
- Clear and readable.
- Not altered, expired, or otherwise invalid.
- Sufficient for our pharmacy team to verify the prescribed medicine, dosage, and other relevant details.
Prescription Verification
After receiving your order, our pharmacy team may review the prescription before dispensing prescription-only medicines.
If the prescription is missing, unclear, invalid, expired, or does not appropriately cover the requested medicine, we may contact you for clarification or a valid prescription. DGMedicine reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if the required prescription cannot be satisfactorily verified.
In some cases, the quantity, dosage, or product supplied may need to be adjusted according to the valid prescription and applicable requirements.
Important Information
A valid prescription is required for applicable prescription-only medicines. Providing a prescription does not guarantee that an order will be accepted or fulfilled. Medicines will be dispensed only after the required prescription verification is completed. Do not use someone else’s prescription to order medicines. DGMedicine may request additional information or verification when necessary for safe dispensing.
